GROUP TOURS

Groups of 10 or more should schedule their visit as a group tour. Like regular campus tours, group tours include a presentation and overview of UNCG from an Admissions Counselor and a student-led walking tour of campus.


Group tours must meet the following requirements:

  • School group tours are limited to high school juniors and/or seniors and college transfer students. (Limited exceptions are made for high school access groups, such as TRIO, Gear Up, and AVID.) In the "Group Information" section of the group tour form, please include a description of your group.
  • We can accommodate groups of up to 50 students.
  • Group tours must be scheduled at least 3 weeks prior to your intended visit date.

Schedule a group tour:

  1. To schedule a group tour, please select your desired date and time on the calendar below.
  2. After selecting a date and time, you will be redirected to a form requesting details about your group, including contact and group information, and whether or not you will require any accommodations. Please fill out the form fully and click submit.
  3. After submitting the form, be on the lookout for an email from us confirming the time, date, and start location of your tour.
